Anna Ulibarri

Anna Ulibarri has dedicated her life to serving in ministry and serving the poor. Her career spans over 35 years of hands on church ministry and a bi-vocational career with the Rialto Unified School District. Anna’s first love is her calling to serving others. Working alongside her husband, Pastor Willie Ulibarri, they have served as youth/children’s pastors and senior pastors and establishing new congregations with an emphasis on serving the poor, marginalized and underserved.

Assessing the surrounding community’s needs, strategizing and networking with others to meet the needs, numerous programs have been developed out of their churches that have had long-lasting impact in that community. Programs such as; the Project Life Impact After School Programs, snack packs for kids (weekend food), clothing, counseling and mentoring have evolved out their calling to serve others. Anna also is part of a women’s team that ministers to women and children overseas that have been traumatized by war and/or traumatic life experiences.

Her most recent trip was to Uganda, working with South Sudanese women who are living in the refugee camps. Presently, Anna and her husband, serve as Co-Directors of Local Outreach at the CityLink Campus of Water of Life Community Church.

In her role as the Director of Facilities Planning, for the Rialto Unified School District, Anna is credited with the successful construction and opening of the District's state-of-the-art high school, Wilmer Amina Carter, the purchase of land and approval for full state funding for Charlotte N. Werner Elementary School, the new Rialto Middle School and Nancy R. Kordyak Elementary.

Anna has been married to Willie for 43 years and together they have two children, Ryan and Tracy who have also continued the legacy of serving others. Anna has eight grandchildren ages ranging from 22 -15. They are the joy of her life and loves spending time with these incredible youngsters.
